5. Must be a super team player, able to work with other writers, with designers and with the technical people whose information they are explaining
6. Experience working with engineering to improve user experience: design, UI, and help refine content and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content.

Job Description/Profile:
1. Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements
2. Interact with the engineering and sales teams to understand the work being done in Soliton and co-develop marketing presentations and brochures, multimedia content, social media updates, case studies, press releases, blogs articles, whitepapers and trade show banners
3. Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation
4. Work with development and support leads to identify all documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine the best solution for data compilation and centralized storage
5. Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with a consistent and cohesive voice across all documentation
6. Revise the document when new issue arises
7. Create tutorials\training content to guide end-users and internal teams with various applications.
